Product & Design Quality - Design team did a great job presenting two options initially, then presenting a three options when I submitted additional information I wanted on the magnets. Very helpful. The magnets looked just like the option I selected and looked great.
Customer Service & Shipping - I had the magnets for more than a week before giving them to my son for his business. (His business is in another town and I was planning to surprise him with them when I went there this week.) He was impressed as were his employees. As one of his customers completed their purchase and was picking up some free literature, I told them that "we" had another free gift for them that even my son was unaware of. They saw the magnets even before my son did. I told him that I would give him your company information if he decided to purchase more when he started to deplete the current supply. He said he would and at that time would furnish his company logo in a different file format that should make the lettering in the logo as crisp and clear as it is on the rest of the magnet.
Product & Design Quality - The magnets are beautiful and better than the first batch I'd ordered from an Etsy supplier. We'll definitely be working with you guys again.
