Product & Design Quality - It was exactly what I envisioned. They were able to produce it quickly with a high quality product.
Customer Service & Shipping - Everyone was very helpful. They understood what I was looking for and was quickly able to design and produce it. I will order again next year. My expedited overnight shipping was delayed but it was completely FEDEX's fault. My shipping charges were returned timely from Custom Magnets.
