These outdoor magnets can withstand onslaught of temperature, water, moisture and other environmental changes.

We offer magnets in 20, 30 and 40 mil thickness. Indoor magnets are available in 20 MIL & 40 MIL and outdoor magnets in 30 MIL  & 40 MIL. Outdoor magnets can withstand most weather conditions.

Yes, our magnets are eco-friendly and it is created out of high-quality recycled materials. We strongly object petroleum derived promotional raw products and magnets that are shipped from Asian countries. We have taken utmost care to avoid similar production techniques. We believe that this small precautionary measure from our side will bring big positive change in the atmosphere.

Our bigger magnets can hold about 2-4 sheets of paper and smaller ones can hold just a single sheet of paper.

Magnets possess high affinity towards iron clad ferrous surfaces which means there are all chances of a stainless steel surface detesting a refrigerator magnet.

No, magnets adhere only to ferrous iron surfaces which means it is not worthy of trying them over surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel and fiberglass.

Personalization means adding personal contact information over the magnets and this term is generally used for magnets created to promote individual business or a small business managed by a single person. Customization is a broader term and it encompasses all processes under branding. It can involve replacing the images shown in our website with your own brand symbols or redesigning the whole magnet from a scratch to meet your branding requirements.

There is a vast difference between what you see in real and final print on the product due to reasons such as printing process, choice of color and printing surface. Colors may change during the printing and lamination process. We cannot assure 100% accuracy in colors due to the aforesaid reasons. We will try our best to deliver to you the exact color matching with symbols such as logos, brand colors, etc.

We accept print ready files in PNG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI and JPG format.

We generally follow 1 or 4 color imprint pattern, but you can definitely use more colors. In addition, we do not charge anything for extra choice of colors.

After the layout is done, we will send you the online design proof via email.

The order goes into the production stage after the customer approves the online design proof. The online design proof is emailed within 24 hours. Payment is sought after approval on the design proof and then the order goes into the production. The product will be shipped within 2- 5 working days depending on quantity and other complications of production. Due to unprecedented global conditions, production time can be affected. Please confirm with customer care. Note: At times, shipping may be delayed by a few days due to unavoidable situations such as labor problems, weather conditions and shipping delays due to strikes, some natural calamities, etc.

We offer three shipping modes – Ground shipping (2-4 days), FedEx (2 Days) and Standard Overnight shipping.

Shipping cost estimation feature is integrated in our shopping cart for easy calculation of shipping charges incurred on an order. It is calculated on factors such as weight of order, location and preferred shipping method.

Yes. we ship orders to multiple locations at actual shipping costs. There will be extra shipping charges to any additional location.

If you don’t receive the order on time or have received it in bad condition then feel free to contact us at 855-762-4638. We would request you to return the order with its original packaging and other supporting documents within 10 days from receipt.

You can always check with us to know the possibilities of returning the order due to situations such as damaged package, incomplete order, mistaken product, etc.

There are many factors that will affect production and delivery times. Orders are subject to possible standard shipping and production delays that are out of our control. We accept three types of payments - credit / debit card, pay after approval and pay pal. Customers can pay through American Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card. In all these cases, payments are asked only after the approval on design proof. 

If the product has born any manufacturing defect or any other defect during transportation, we can replace the product free of charge. For any other issues independent of Custommagnetsdirect.com, the discounts are not generally provided. We can definitely consider your request if the reasons are valid. Returning of blank items will have a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.

Applying:

• Always clean the car magnet and the surface you are going to apply it to.
• A clean vehicle will prevent your magnet from slipping off your vehicle at high speeds.
• Wipe dry before applying.
• Custom car magnets can become stiff in cold conditions and may not properly grip your vehicle panels. Use caution when using your magnets in these conditions.

Positioning:

• Attach your magnet to a smooth metal surface that is flat as possible
• Affix one corner of the sign first, then allow the magnetic pull to attach the rest.
• Be sure the entire sign is flat against the surface with no air pockets.
• If you position your magnetic sign incorrectly, remove it and reattach. Do not pull the magnet across the surface as it could stretch and damage the sign.
• Do not attach your auto magnets over a ridge, trim or rust spot that would prevent the sign from laying flat.
• Make sure your car magnet signs are firmly affixed to the vehicle before driving.

Removing & Cleaning:

• When removing your magnetic car sign, be careful not to bend or crease the corners of your sign.
• Remove your car magnets periodically to check that they are still securely fastened and to clean if necessary.
• Avoid applying your auto magnets to horizontal metal surfaces exposed to direct sunlight, such as car hoods.
• You can clean the surface of your custom magnet with a wet paper towel. Products like Windex can help with small smudges or stains.
• Make sure to completely dry your magnet after cleaning.

Storing:

• Keep your vehicle magnets in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Store your custom car magnets by stacking them on a flat surface.
• Do not stack vehicle signs with the magnetic sides touching each other.
• Do not store heavy objects on top of or against your magnet signs.
